I'm Ayush, a Senior Software Engineer with a knack for making metal and silicon do cool things. My journey started with remote-controlled cars and evolved into orchestrating multi-agent robotics systems and deploying AI models that actually work in the real world.
But when I'm not compiling code or debugging a robot's unexpected existential crisis, I have a few other main characters in my life:

Robotome (Histopathology Robotics)

Built core orchestration system for end-to-end machine runs across multi-robot setup. Developed real-time CV pipeline (YOLO) for defect detection driving robotic decisions (~20โ40ms latency).




Autonomous Multi-Task Robot

Built a fully autonomous robotic system capable of perception, navigation, and manipulation. Combined computer vision-based path detection with task execution (pick/place, writing).


Soccer Robot

Designed and built a Bluetooth-controlled robotic system (Arduino-based), including full hardware assembly.


LLM-Orchestrated Multi-Agent Robotics

Built central LLM-driven orchestrator (Azure LLM) to decompose tasks and coordinate multiple robots via tool calls. Enabled multi-agent collaboration using shared perception (YOLO).

Micromouse & LLM-Traffic Bot

Developed a Raspberry Pi-based autonomous agent for maze exploration and an autonomous navigation system using sensor-based perception (IR) and LLM-driven rule interpretation.


Pick-and-Place Robot

Built a fully custom Arduino-based robotic system from scratch for remote manipulation tasks. The one that started it all.

- Built precision control routines for micron-level tissue processing in Robotome (histopathology robotics).
- Optimized Python-based computer vision models for defect detection (holes, wax), improving accuracy 75% โ 98% and reducing inference latency (50ms โ 10ms).
- Designed a software-controlled liquid pathway system managing interdependent parameters (flow, level, temp) via multi-processes communicating over Redis.
- Drove end-to-end product experience (frontend + backend), improving operator workflows and debugging interfaces.
